Stage 1: Kitchen, Living, Dining, Main Bathroom

This project involved making some significant changes to the downstairs layout of the home.

Main Bathroom:
The clients wanted a luxurious hotel feel to their main bathroom, especially since it is located next to the master bedroom. The feature tiles occupy one end of the bathroom and provide movement and colour to compliment the warmth of the timber veneer. The vanity cabinetry is highly functional with customised inner drawer layouts and open shelving at one end for towel display and storage. Plumbing fittings and tiles from Spazio Casa.

Living:
This has an ecosmart fire (ethanol) built into the cabinetry design, the TV has a sliding panel to conceal it when not in use. The open shelving is backlit and the timber veneer was a custom stain/finish to match the floor. New window furnishing, custom designed coffee table and new furniture.

Kitchen:
The opened up space gave us a larger footprint for the kitchen space and just enough room to create an island. The ‘L’ shape of the kitchen allowed for an on-bench pantry and plenty of large soft-close drawers.
